Rosaly Cuevas graduated from Providence College with a degree in health policy and management with a concentration in psychology. She also has a master’s degree in public administration from Roger Williams University where she was the recipient of the John W. Stott Award. 

Rosaly is currently serving as the Manager of Behavioral Health Network, Quality, and Policy at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where she is responsible for overseeing operations, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and vendor management. Rosaly previously held roles including Behavioral Health Program Manager and Behavioral Health Program Specialist, demonstrating leadership in program development, quality improvement, and strategic partnerships. 

Rosaly is a Choose-In Leadership Program graduate and part of the Latino Link Employee Business Resource Group leadership at BCBSRI.
