Advance RI-CTR is pleased to announce a unique funding and mentorship opportunity designed to turn your Quality Improvement (QI) goals into sustainable realities.
We are seeking TWO practices within our Practice-Based Research Network (PBRN) to partner with our Implementation Science specialists. This is more than just a grant; it is a partnership to help your team master the strategies that make healthcare improvements stick.
Eligibility
- PBRN practices within Advance RI-CTR
- Have an active or proposed Quality Improvement project for implementation
- One staff member who can commit approximately 8 hours per week to work on the project
Award/Dates
- $10,000 Funding
- 4 hours per week of support from the Advance RI-CTR Implementation Science team
- March 31: Application Deadline
- April 13: Selection Notification
- April 20: Project Kick-off
- July 31: Project Conclusion
