A longtime member of the Tracking and Evaluation Core, Dr. Kimberly will now join core lead, Dr. Stephen Kogut, to lead. She brings more than two decades of expertise in program evaluation, management and research across education, various levels of government entities, and non-profit sectors. Her facility in translating complex data findings into accessible products for stakeholders of different levels of expertise will continue to underpin this core as it evaluates the outcomes and impacts of our program.

Advance RI-CTR is grateful to T&E’s former co-lead, Dr. Anthony Hayward, for his years of guidance, and we wish him well as he retires in Paris.
