Bianca Policastro is the City of Pawtucket’s Director of Planning and Redevelopment and the Executive Director of their Redevelopment Agency. Bianca is a professional with 20+ years of experience in federal, state and local policies, procedures and advocacy; direct services; municipal planning; program planning, development and management.  

Her areas of expertise include community development, workforce and education development, brownfield remediation, economic development, community health, housing, and social welfare. In her spare time Bianca loves to travel, read and cook. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island with her three fur-babies.
