Pastor David Dankwah is the lead pastor of the International Central Gospel Church, The Builder’s Temple. He also serves as co-director of the Christian Recovery Support Sanctuaries program in collaboration with the Ministers Alliance of Rhode Island. This pilot initiative helps individuals transition from addiction to a flourishing life, guided by clergy-certified recovery coaches and grounded in Biblical principles.

Pastor David is also a PhD student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst School of Public Health and Health Sciences. His research focuses on the intersection of church-based organizations, public health, and policy. He holds an MS from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MBA from Clark University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana. In his free time, he enjoys sports, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
