Advance RI-CTR Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary and Names Dr. Chathuraka Jayasuriya as Inaugural Research Excellence Award Winner

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – November 7, 2025 – Advance RI-CTR, the leading collaborative for clinical and translational research in Rhode Island, today announced that Dr. Chathuraka Jayasuriya, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Orthopaedics at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Rhode Island Hospital, is the recipient of the inaugural Award for Clinical and Translational Research Excellence.
